Easy to Locate

To begin with, AMS is conveniently located at 9898 E. Alameda Avenue in Denver, serving Southeast Denver and Western Aurora Colorado.  Alameda Avenue is one of the most well known and traveled thoroughfares in the Denver Metro area, making our site very easy to find- not a location off the beaten path like so many storage facilities are these days.  Just look for a 25 foot sign displaying our business name as well as the time and temperature.  You can't miss us!

Easy to Access

Whether you are driving eastbound or westbound on Alameda Avenue, easy access exists to our facility.  From the roadway, simply turn onto Alameda Mini Storage's large entryway which will lead you to the front office.

                                   Friendly Staff & Moving Supplies

Walk inside the office and help yourself to a cup of freshly brewed coffee and assorted sweets from our candy dish.  However, before you get too settled, one of our staff members will make the time to greet you even if they are occupied with someone else.  Call us old fashion but we still believe that our customers are special.  Whether you are looking for immediate storage, or simply needing information, our friendly staff are availabe to assist you.  All of them are qualified to show you a storage unit, answer your questions, and give you a general tour of the facility.  Once your concerns have been addressed, be sure to take advantage of the many moving supply items available for purchase which will greatly aid you in your moving endeavors.

                    Easy to Navigate

As you are transported to your storage space or given a quick tour of AMS, be sure to pay attention to the details.  This is what sets us apart from so many others.  One of the first examples are the extremely wide lanes that exist throughout the yard.  There is plenty of room to maneuver most moving trucks to any corner of our storage facility.  In fact, with proper notification and arrangements, we can even accommodate large semi-tractor moving vans.  It's very rare to find wide lanes like we have.

                                                                                Choice & Ground Level

Other features include CHOICE.  We offer a variety of storage unit types.  From the traditional drive-up garage type, to hallway and climate controlled units, there is a space just right for you.  And not to be taken lightly, all of our storage units are  ground level allowing for easy access (no exhausting stairs or clumsy elevators).

Worry-Free SECURE

As you continue your exploration of our facility, you will also notice that great effort was taken to provide a sound and secured storage site.  First, there exists a perimeter fence that surrounds our entire storage facility.  Second, there is a two-gate, entry system that can only be legally entered and exited by inserting a valid gate pass-code during regular gate hours.  Third, our storage units contain individual alarms.  Fourth, our facility has cameras placed throughout the entire yard (not just at the entrance gate).  Finally, it's topped off with a yard that is well-lit and managers who live on site making it plain to see that it was just as important for the owners of AMS to create an environment so that their tenants can FEEL safe as well as BE safe.

                                                        Worry-Free PEST CONTROL

Another demonstration of a "worry-free" experience for our tenants is by providing a routine, pest control maintenance program.  Unfortunately for many storage owners, when they find the need for implementing cost-cutting measures, this all-to-important control practice is one of the first to be on their chopping block.  While it may become necessary to implement a few financial restraints due to macro economic conditions, AMS will never compromise safety or its ability to provide basic and common sense practices when it comes to offering top quality storage services.
